As a Fullstack Software Engineer (m/f/d) InsurTech, you will work with technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, Linux, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps and AI tooling to build high-quality, production-ready applications and services.

Your Responsibilities
- Designing and developing complex features and services, you take full ownership of your work
- You analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into sustainable, scalable software solutions
- By implementing appropriate testing, reviews, e2e testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring, you ensure high code and system quality
- You actively drive the continuous improvement of our system architecture and engineering best practices
- With a sharp eye for optimization opportunities, you continuously improve performance and user experience
- You integrate AI functionality (LLMs) into existing and new components in a production-ready manner
Your Qualifications
- A completed degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with excellent academic performance
- Professional experience in software development, ideally in agile environments, with hands-on experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and modern software development practices
- Solid understanding of Linux, DevOps environments, and CI/CD processes
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for tackling complex technical challenges
- High level of ownership and drive to continuously improve systems, optimize performance, and deliver high-quality solutions
- Ability to work independently, quickly learn new technologies, and collaborate effectively in agile, cross-functional teams
- Very good English skills (C1); German skills (B2) are a plus
