- Helping the team to keep the applications technologically up to date
- Leading a team after successfully proving your skills
Your Qualifications
- Multiple years of programming experience as a web application developer. #springOrJavaEE #jpa #sqlQueries
- Eager to take ownership
- Very good communication skills. #empathy
- Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
- Effective mentoring and leadership skills
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Fluent written and spoken English. German is a plus
- Ambition to take over a team and lead it. #roleModel #recruitment
- Leadership experience is a plus
